Shipping

Each artwork is prepared with professional packaging made from materials suitable for the protection and preservation of artistic goods.

For particularly fragile or valuable works, a custom wooden crate or professional structured packaging is used.

Shipments are entrusted to selected couriers and include adequate insurance for the declared value of the artwork.

Delivery times may vary based on destination and type of item. Any specific instructions will be communicated at the time of purchase.

For international shipments, any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise specified.

Receiving the artwork

Upon delivery, it is recommended to carefully check the integrity of the package.

In the presence of visible damage, it is necessary to accept the shipment with a written reservation or refuse it, immediately documenting the event.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery of the artwork, in accordance with current legislation.

The return must be agreed upon in advance via email.

To be accepted, the item must be returned:
    •    undamaged
    •    in the same condition in which it was received
    •    complete with any documentation
    •    adequately packed for protection during transport

If the artwork was shipped in a wooden crate or professional structured packaging, such packaging constitutes an integral part of the protection system and must be returned with the artwork.

In case of non-return or damage to the professional packaging, the amount corresponding to the cost of its creation will be withheld.

Return shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer.

It is recommended that return shipments be made with a trackable and insured service. Responsibility for any damage during return transport remains with the sender until the artwork is received.

The refund will only be made after verifying the integrity of the returned artwork.

Professional services

Professional consultations, online or in the studio, constitute personalized services and are not subject to the right of withdrawal once the service has begun.
